This seems to be a taboo subject when searching on Google.
I am interested to know what types of fluids everyone uses for the engine, front diff., rear diff, tranny and transfer case?
While I am not opposed to the factory stuff, and I am not concerned about the overall price of Popo oil, I ran into a problem yesterday where I checked my fluids (front and rear diffs) and they were low. (102 miles on the machine from factory). None of the dealers around here open til Tuesday, and I am leaving for a trip on Wednesday; so needless to say, this puts me in a bind time wise.
I would like to simply be able to buy all of my fluids from a local store like Autozone or Advance Auto.
