I have always liked the original front bumper, I especially like the new one.  After looking at the images in the photo gallery, I have a concern; or better yet a question.  With this bumper, can you still keep the winch in the standard location rather that on top of the bumper as shown in the illustrations?  For example, I run auxillary lights which would be mounted atop the bumper as shown in the images.  The winch would need to remain where is it now (the standard PITA location).
