For anyone who is on a budget and wants a better suspension with a little more lift, less sag and better handling I would highly recommend a set of the Highlifter springs.

I love them!

X2. The stock springs will fail early. I run a 3"Xtreem lift with Highlifter Springs. I run 29.5x10x12 Outlaws.

Just out of curiousity, how much ground clearance do you have with the lift and tires?

That should get you just about anywhere you want to go.
